Terms of use

Pokémon TCG Virtual Collector is a free, independently operated planning tool for arranging trading cards in virtual binders. No account is required and no purchase or donation is necessary.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or Vault X®.

Your binder library is normally stored only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping restorable JSON backups if the information matters to you. Browser data can be cleared by browsers, devices, privacy tools, policies or user action without warning.

PDF, Excel and CSV exports are useful records, but only the site's JSON export can be imported to restore an editable binder.

Creating a shared link uploads a sanitised, view-only binder snapshot. Shared links are unlisted, not access-controlled: anyone with the URL may view, copy and pass it on.

Do not place confidential, unlawful, offensive or personally identifying information in binder names or anything you share. Shared links normally expire 180 days after creation, but links or stored snapshots may be removed earlier where reasonably necessary.

You must not misuse the site or assist anyone else to do so. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to bypass sharing limits, access controls or security measures;
• interfere with the service, probe it destructively, distribute malware or conduct denial-of-service testing;
• access, extract or retain another person's non-public information without authorisation;
• use automated requests in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the site or its providers; or
• use the service or a shared link for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Access, links or content may be limited or removed where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or third parties.

Card names, set information, artwork, prices, exchange rates and external marketplace links come from third-party or community sources. They may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.

Binder values are estimates for general information only. They are not professional valuations, offers to buy or sell, or financial advice. Check the card, condition, printing, currency and current marketplace information before making a decision.

The site's original interface, code, written content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the service for personal collection planning, but may not reproduce or operate a misleading copy of the service without permission.

Pokémon names, characters, card artwork and associated marks belong to their respective owners. Vault X® and other binder names belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use does not imply sponsorship or partnership.

TCGdex, Ko-fi, Cardmarket, eBay and other external services operate under their own terms and policies. This site is not responsible for their availability, content, transactions or decisions.

Donations are entirely optional and do not purchase additional features, priority support or a guarantee that the service will remain available. Payments are processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience errors or be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Reasonable care is taken to maintain the service, but uninterrupted operation, compatibility and permanent storage cannot be guaranteed.

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost binder data, missed sales, inaccurate values, third-party services or decisions made using information displayed by the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
